This qualification provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent as a supervisor within various hospitality enterprises including restaurants, hotels, clubs, pubs, cafes, cafeterias and coffee shops. Individuals operate independently, have responsibility for others and make a range of operational business decisions.


Entry requirements
Students need to be 15 years old and are required to have reading, writing and comprehension skills equivalent to Year 10 pass level to successfully complete the Certificate level courses.
